AMAZING
1st CHEESE ROLLS
Porto's Bakery and Cafe, Glendale
Whenever I'm in SoCal, I need to order a minimum of a dozen for myself and many more to give to family and friends. So delicious and I'm so glad that 400 miles separates me from the nearest location.
2nd CHEESE ROLL
Porto's Bakery and Cafe, Buena Park
Anytime I'm visiting SoCal, I always have to bring full boxes back to the Bay Area. So delicious!
4th FERRERO ROCHER CRUFFIN
Supermoon Bakehouse, New York
Holy moly! Hazelnut cream filling inside this flaky and moist cruffin! I have to get this again the next time I'm in NYC!
5th BLUEBERRY CHEESE CROISSANT
Porto's Bakery and Cafe, Glendale
Traditional croissant made with European style butter filled with sweetened cream cheese & blueberry jam, topped with fresh blueberries & fresh lime zest.
6th MORNING PASTRY ASSORTMENT
Firebrand Artisan Breads, Oakland
Everything we ordered was amazing! All freshly baked and flavorful. Fluffy and crisp layers in their rolls and danishes. I need to go back if I'm ever in the area during the AM rush.
REALLY GOOD
7th SEASONAL CHEESE DANISH
Oaklandish Coffee Collective, Oakland
It's a savory cheese danish from the airport. It was surprisingly delicious.
8th PINEAPPLE TURNOVER
Sam Sato's Inc, Wailuku
only in Hawaii can you order a warm turnover made with fresh pineapple. So delicious!
9th SENORITA BREAD
Starbread, San Pablo
Freakishly addictive. You can't ever just have only one piece before craving for the next!
10th SUGAR PLUM DANISH
Starbucks, Richmond
make sure you get this one warmed. seasonal and so delicious.
12th CURRY PUFF
Bua Luang Thai Cuisine, Albany
Stuffed with potato, carrot, peas, and onion with yellow curry
JUST OK
14th CHERRY AND GREEK YOGURT DANISH
Lavender Bakery & Cafe, Berkeley
It was suggested to me that I should visit here to satiate the sweet tooth I developed from my NYC trip. I did purchase other pastries and they looked delicious but when it came to taste, they were all meh. This one was the best of the batch...but still meh.
