Hot and spicy noodle soup with roasted pork, ground pork, fish balls, green beans, cabbage and peanuts. I asked for "Spicy" heat level and it packed a good amount of heat. Not "mild" here. Delicious!

I've finally found my new favorite noodle soup. The pandemic caused my favorite place to permanently close. Handmade wide noodles that are easily 2 ft (~60cm) long. They provide you scissors to cut your noodles. The broth is a bit spicy (mild for me) and the broth has a nice beef flavor without being overly spiced.

This is my new favorite place for Thai Boat Noodles!

Still amazing and the beef was so tender and juicy this time around.

When you're far away from the big city restaurants, but want noodle soup, this satisfies the craving. Authentic in flavor, but not as complex as urban restaurants.
