The lightest cheesecake I've ever eaten. The ube flavor is perfect and the texture is so smooth and delicate, like a mousse. Just amazing.

Just delicious. Not too sweet with a velvety ube cream on a buttery tart crust.

This has made me a fan of Japanese cheesecakes. Ube was the best of the flavors they had available to sample. Next time, I need to order the Coffee and Yuzu Cheesecakes.

It's very rare for me to want to order dessert before apps or drinks, but this is my new favorite dessert when I'm in Walnut Creek.
