A nice red chilli spiciness all-over without heavy presence of dried red chilli or any use of chili oil. A very clean flavor and texture on the tripe without tasting oily.

The very last meal service at Le Cheval before they close permanently due to increasing costs of running a restaurant. The food is always delicious and I'll miss their food.

Very tender and flavorful cubes of filet mignon. 😋

Large portions...and the leftovers are delicious

This was a different version of the tripe/organs stew that I grew up eating. Not sure if tamarind was added, but it had a sweet, savory, and slightly spicy taste. Not the usual Chinese 5-spice flavor that I'm used to, but still good.
