Everything on this platter was delicious. Will need to come back at an earlier time to be able to order their brisket. Pulled pork, spare ribs, tri-tip sandwich, collards, pit beans.

3-way combo of huli huli chicken, pork ribs, and beef ribs with rice, mac salad, and banana lumpia. Truly ONO for this Hawaiian mixed plate from a weekend pop-up roadside "food truck". Next time I'm back on the Big Island, I'm coming back!

For airport food, this was surprisingly delicious and made the wait for our 3+ hour delayed flight more tolerable.
