#ItsVegan #ImNotVegan but I can appreciate vegan dishes. This dish is prepared with tofu, mushrooms and jalapenos in a lemon and soy sauce.

Nice start to our meal.

Tofu, tomato and shiitake mushroom compote, scallions and sesame seeds. On top of brown rice and garlic noodles. I asked them to top it off with a fried egg. Yum!
