The pork is toasted on the outside but once you put your fork to it, it's so juicy it breaks apart easily. Comes with a side of beans, rice, and tortillas as well, fajita style.

So tender, not dry. They have the best carnitas.

I believe they fry all the pork first so it's crispy then they pour the adobo sauce on top. Delicious!

Find it in the refrigerated meat section of your local Trader Joes. All you have to do is cut it up and brown it. Sooo good.

From the menu: Pork belly slow braised in our house adobo sauce, a tamari and vinegar-based marinade. Served as a rice bowl with golden, seasoned jasmine rice and a small side salad.

Crispy pata is a Filipino dish consisting of deep fried pig trotters or knuckles served with a soy-vinegar dip.

So tender you can pull ot apart with your fork. Yum!

Chicken adobo cooked twice...first prepared as a stew like usual then fried. It was so delicious.

Pork marinated in citrus soy marinade with onions greens served on a sizzling skillet. Hearty meal and really good. ❤ their food. My original post on FS was their location in Granada Hills.
