Amazing pork belly. Perfectly cooked, with great sauce underneath. So tender and so flavoursome, cant wait to try it again. Also on the table, the ceviche el classico, super flavourful and fish so fresh and some crispy calamari which was fresh but nothing crazy. #porkbelly #calamari #ceviche #dinner
