1st DUCK SPRING ROLLS
Oldwalls Gower, OldwallsA very unique way to present and eat a spring roll. To begin the pieces of duck in the dish were cooked perfectly, falling apart with the slightest of effort. The combination of the salty yet little sweet sauce paired with the crunchy, fresh vegetables went beautifully. Finally the brittle wafer like pastry part of the spring roll was topped with nutty sesame seeds to finalise the dish. #Foodreview #Springroll #Wedding
