Tastes as good as it looks!!! For me this is the perfect way to cook pork, especially as a souvlaki. All very tender and juicy while still retaining that pokey flavour aswell as a flaming charred aftertaste. Seriously mouthwatering. The crispy areas on the pork added a great contrast to the melt in your mouth meat, the addition of the rice was great as it aided in breaking down the oily pork. My only wish was there was more of it !

Flavour wise, the pork was perfect, charred really well leaving that Smokey flavour. Only problem was there wasn’t enough for a main course, the dish came with two skewers which for me personally wasn’t enough. #Foodreview #Greekfood
