Best Vegetable Gyoza in Cardiff ???? A perfect example of delicious and authentic, Hatsu Udon at it again. The inside was lovely and crunchy in areas whilst being super flavourful and soft in other areas, a beautiful texture combination. On the outside you have this amazingly delicate and crisp skin, the actual gyoza itself had the chewy and gummy texture whereas the bottom of the plate, the authentic side of the gyoza, had the crispy and delicate texture. The overall consensus is that it’s a delicious texture battle in your mouth, can’t beat it.

Overall a pretty decent gyoza, first and foremost the star of the gyoza was definitely the chilli oil that was drizzled over the gyoza themselves which almost felt and tasted Chinese (jiaozi) the outside had a firm texture which went nicely with the inside which was ground pork and garlic. At the end of the day, definitely had much better for less but can’t complain too much about the taste. #Foodreview #Gyoza
