After many, many months of waiting, I managed to get down to Hatsu Udon and try many of their popular dishes they have to offer. The first starter was the Chicken Karaage and a delicious one to say the least. Beautifully crispy and flakey outer skin, not too oily with super juicy and tender meat within. Overall a great version of Japanese Fried Chicken.

Simple yet delicious. The chicken was crunchy and tender, any oiliness was gone after pairing with with the fluffy rice and sweet teriyaki sauce. One of the best meals I had in japan and it was extremely cheap aswell. #Foodreview #Japanesefood #Chickenkarage

Simply put, pretty good fried chicken. Nothing overly special about this despite the fact It is a tandoori (curry) fried piece of chicken. The exterior was nice and crisp and the inside was tender and juicy all with that nice curry flavour. It came with a sauce and spiced fries and the whole thing was £12.00. #Foodreview #Friedchicken
