Restaurante Cloque ao Mar, PortimãoAbsolutely perfect way of cooking a fish in my opinion. Charred, crispy, flakey multiple words come to mind when eating this fish. The flesh was completely tender, falling apart from just the slightest pressure and the skin was by far the best bit. A side of garlic potatoes and a the best side salad I have ever had. Such a good experience and would highly recommend if you go to the Algarve. Great service aswell. #PortugueseFood #SeaBass
