Unfortunately on this instance the egg yolk was a little more cooked (I have had it perfectly runny previously)- but this ramen bar is an absolute treasure. The broth is rich and made over 24 hours with handmade noodles, absolutely incredible with so many flavours.

HEAVENLY- soft boiled egg, noodles, tender pork and a rich broth. So, so, so good 🥰
