Imagine a fantastic lamb kofta with creamy cooling yogurt and cucumber....on a pizza with a base lighter than air. Don’t ask me how, but it works. Absolutely delicious. #pizza

I will admit, this pizza does not look or photograph well 😂 but it was actually really delicious! Gherkin, Guinness mustard and tender pork slices on a very cheesy pizza and thin and crunchy base.

Looks so lovely and appetising right? Wrong. A burnt crunchy base, no seasoning. Boring, uninteresting. I was full of optimism and hope having a real slice of NY pizza in NY-NY casino....but no no no.
