This was one of my top things to have in Japan and I wasn't disapppinted. SUPER FLUFFY PANCAKES! The pancakes were incredibly light - they jiggle soooo much. The cream was also light and not too sweet which complemented the pancake well and with syrup ... 😍

The ricotta hotcakes with honeycomb butter and bananas are so good when hot! Too bad we ate the majority of it last as a dessert when it was cold and didn't taste as great. Some part felt a bit underdone and gooey too...
