1st LAMB CHOPS
CΓ΄te Brasserie, LondonThe lamb itself was cooked perfectly, with a nice tenderness to the meat. π
The sauce though was quite sour which I couldn't appreciate and the blob on top which I thought was garlic butter... I spread it so happily over the lamb only to find out it was Roquefort butter and I don't like blue cheese. π Teaches me to read the menu better and each component of the dish. π€¦ββοΈ
