AMAZING
1st K-WINGS
Coqfighter Shoreditch, London
Possibly the best fried chicken in London? Crispy light batter contrasting the juicy tender chicken. Not so much a fan of the korean hot sauce but the soy garlic sauce is the 💣. Perfect balance of sweet and savoury flavours
REALLY GOOD
2nd FRIED CHICKEN WINGS
Peck Peck, London
Juicy fried chicken wings! Super tasty buttermilk fried chicken with marinated crumbs that doesn't require any sauce. (Having said that we tried the Ranch sauce and it is SO good! 😋)
3rd GUAVA GLAZED WINGS
Seven Dials Market, London
Award winning chicken wings and for good reason. They are delicious! 😋 Juicy, crispy, sweet, spicy and topped with this special magical mayo which is addictive! 😳
4th CHICKEN WINGS
BAO + BURGER + BEER, London
The wings were great. Crispy exterior surrounding the juicy meat with a good sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. This is one of the only things I'd go back to get. The baos were okay but nothing special.
PRETTY GOOD
6th WINGS
Greyhound Cafe, London
The wings had a good flavour but was nothing memorable. Also, can you see how small and weak they look?? If you've seen the wings from Coqfighter a few posts back - those are the real deal.
7th WINGS
Wings, Edinburgh
Pictured: Hot Garlic Sriracha, BBQ Teriyaki, Maple BBQ and Honey Garlic. Simple concept, choose wings wings or wings and your flavours. Problem being that there are so many flavours to choose from. 🤔 The restaurant was fully booked when we went so we ended up taking this back to our apartment. Cold wings smoothered in sauce never does justice but the flavours weren't that special regardless. The honey garlic was purely sweet, the sriracha made my mouth burn without any other flavour and the other two were okay but not too memorable. 🤷‍♀️
