Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, mushrooms, salami bits, and Gorgonzola cheese with a sweet vinaigrette and romano cheese. I’ve never had salami bits before, good choice instead of bacon. The flavor was almost heavenly for a salad.

So good! Just look at the beautiful char on the veggies.

Really good. A little awkward for such a page salad being served on a plate and not in a bowl. Glad I added the grilled shrimp.
