1st BACKED FISH PLATE
Hank's Bar, New OrleansBacked fish with with linguine, and topped with shrimp and crabmeat. A side of potato salad and green peas. Disclaimer: Ever since I was a child I’ve never liked peas or potato salad. Never acquired a taste for peas... BUT! I’ve never ever tasted peas like this. While, yes the fish was incredible and the shrimp and crab meat was completely decadent with that sauce. It’s was the fact that the potato salad and the peas where perfectly seasoned and prepared that I actually enjoyed it just as much as the fish.
