It comes with melted mozzarella, dolcelatte, Parmesan shavings, home made fig jam. Sweetness of fig jam is a game changer, together with 3 types of cheese. A bit different from other burgers you get in London and definitely one of my favourite.

Meaty and juicy burger from One Tonne.

It comes with 30 day aged beef patty, 8-hour slow cooked beer braised beef short rib, American cheese, BBQ sauce, sweet chutney, pickled onions, lettuce and glazed potato bun. Beef patties are juicy and beef short rib is perfectly braised with flavour absolutely spot on. If you are a big fan of beef short rib burgers like me, you will love it.

It comes with double patty, American cheese, candy bacon, candy onion and BBQ sauce. Patties are big and thick. Really enjoy the burger, it’s on the sweet side with candy bacon so maybe not for everyone but definitely for me, as I'm always very sweet, my tooth I mean.

Probably my favourite burger here, really enjoyed it with lots of cheese and patties were great without being too dry.

Who would have thought mac 'n' cheese burgers would exist? THE MAC DADDY from Dirty Bones is something that I have seen a lot on Instagram but never had the chance to try. Mac 'n' cheese was very good that we ordered a separate plate but patties in the burger were a bit dry and lacked flavour. Definitely one for Instagram but as much as I love both mac 'n' cheese and burgers, honestly don’t feel they work together and would much rather have them as separate dishes.
