Stir fried with garlic and chili, served, as pictures shows, with a liberal sprinkling of peanuts. Suuuuper tasty, especially the sauce!

Really enjoyed this, each bite had a slightly different flavour depending on what was combined on the fork.

Deep fried, served with chili, peanut caramel and coriander. OK for a bite or two but a bit too sweet as a savoury dish. Almost more appropriate as a dessert.
