This is such a gorgeous dessert and so well made. It's soft, rich in flavour and without being overwhelming. For Swedes in London it's a true taste of home!

It's an absolutely amazing kind of biscuit. I personally prefer it when the pastry is a bit butter-richer in flavour. Still a struggle to not inhale in the excitement of eating it.
