These were the best! Homemade corn tortillas, topped with an avocado crema and pico de gallo and grilled calamari. Smoky nuggets of tender calamari. And served with a ramekin of warm, chunky salsa. Yummy!!!!

It was shredded pork and beef mixed together, really flavorful. The spicy salsa with it was great!
