Sable, gaspé nova smoked salmon, smoked whitefish and kippered salmon. Served with bagels and bialys, plain and onion cream cheese. And a great vinegary potato salad. Amazing feast.

Served with plain, scallion and dill cream cheeses and the bread basket had a bialy, a bagel, challah, rye and pumpernickel breads. Heavenly brunch.
