This was a business lunch and we took part in the 3-course Restaurant Week prix fixe menu for $25 each. It's a great deal! My coworker ordered this and we all tasted it. Creamy, briny, and piquant from horseradish. Yum. Served with super crisp waffle crisps. I'd go back for this dish!

Medium-rare salmon served on a rich bed of sautéed Brussels sprouts in a rich Demi-glacé sauce. Really delicious!
