So amazingly meaty and tender! Served with a salsa verde, breakfast radishes, potatoes and my all time favorite olives - castelvetrano olives! Bright green in color and flavor.

So well-cooked! Tender, not at all chewy!!! Served with a warm chickpea salad and sliced fennel. Two of us ordered this. Loved it!!!!
