This is one of the better versions of this dim sum staple I've ever had. Lots of large shrimp, supple noodle. Delicious!

These dumplings were really juicy...one of the best of the meal. And no gristle from the pork, so a great texture!

These might have been my favorite...I think they were filled with shrimp, scallops and crabmeat. Another order, please!!!

Little finger size nuggets of crispy fried rolls, stuffed with shrimp. I could eat a dozen of these.

Light and flaky. The dough is made with lard which gives them a great light texture. Yum

My friend asked if they were actually filled with shark fin. I told him, probably not because it's too expensive of an ingredient. Nowadays most places use vermicelli or gelatin to mimic the shark fin. Either way, these were great, dipped in the red chili paste they offer.

Minced pork inside a slightly sweet rice flour "shell" that is deep fried. I like how the server cuts the little football-shaped dumplings with scissors.

These were delicious, but they did take up a lot of room in my belly. Room that I should have saved for more dumplings!!!!!
