First time trying this but it won’t be the last. A cold dim sum with lots of benefits.

Tofu, oh my!

Served with a sweet dipping sauce.

I always order fried tofu & enjoy it each time. This was a pretty decent serving with the tofu nicely lined up.

I enjoy the fried tofu appetizer at It’s Pho. Lightly battered & fried with a sweet dipping sauce. Great start to the dinner.

There isn’t alot to talk about with this dish, but I always order it if available. I love the neat fried triangles neatly plated & the sweet & tangy side sauce with crushed peanuts. It’s served warm & it makes me feel good. Go figure……

Lightly battered fried tofu with woodear mushrooms, green onions and a light daikon soy.

Offered as a protein side at this vegan restaurant. I enjoyed eating the tasty cubes all by themselves.
