Haven’t had this in years and it sure tasted good. Warm, fluffy matzo ball with shredded chicken and sliced carrots in a chicken broth.

French onion soup is available everywhere these days. On a scale of one to 10 I’d give this version a 4. The cheese wasn’t browned enough and the bread needed toasting.

Cold Los Angeles weather called for this cheesy delight. I’ve been craving soup lately so there’s gonna be a few more versions in the posts.

Great rich flavors but I prefer a smoother consistency with a bisque.
