As pretty as a picture with pea tendrils and radish slices.

Spiced carrot purée, crispy kale, charred green onion & chimichurri were great partners with this dish.

Served with mashed potatoes and whole beans. I have always enjoyed the Pollo Loco chicken.

It looks rough, but trust me this was delicious. They offer several in-house sauces, but don’t leave the stall without trying their garlic sauce. It’s incredible!

Delicious chicken served with lavash bread, mac & cheese & garlic mash. We opted for the Peruvian hot sauce & buttermilk dressing as dips. There are several side dish & sauce options.
