Sumac is a reddish/purple seasoning from the Middle East & Mediterranean areas. It adds a lemony sour kick to meats & vegetables.

A sumptuous piece of crisp & tender chicken & we ate every morsel.

Jemma is located steps from Hollywood & Vine in the Astor Private Member’s Club. The restaurant is open for all diners. The interior is beautiful & the service impeccable. We shared the crispy cheese disc with a lovely red sauce. More to come.

New cafe on Universal City Walk. Extremely busy but when I make it through the crowds, I’ll share the pics!

Pastrami & turkey with Swiss cheese served on a soft roll. Abundant wedge fries & au jus rounded out the delicious plate!

House made tortilla chips, Oaxacan poblano cream, pico de gallo, fried egg & lime.

Crispy tortilla chips bathed in a spicy sauce and topped with eggs. It’s an amazing breakfast item.

The desserts were so delicious.

This was an ample serving of a very delicious plate. The beans were creamy!

Delicious prime rib with two trips for more creamed spinach.

Fluffy scrambled eggs top a flatbread crust. A very ample portion that was brought home for snacking.
