This is a salty, firm cheese that is soaked in alcohol & lit on fire, tableside. Squeeze a lemon over the dish to extinguish the flames and serve with flatbread. I adore the salty, alcohol-ladened dish.
I saw a photo of this dish and knew I had to try it. Crispy disc of melted cheese with a vessel of marinara. I’m definitely going back to try the pastas and pizzas!
