The yolks were perfection, along with crispy hash browns & perfect sourdough slices.

Farm eggs, fontina cheese, fine herbs & greens.

I could eat this everyday for a year or two.

Perfect eggs over medium, crispy bacon & grits with butter!

Served with crusty bread, salad, pico de gallo and jam.

The sausages were the star of the plate. Dredged in flour before the griddle, they looked & tasted amazing!

Topped with creme fraiche, tarragon & cultured butter.

Served with roasted tomatoes. biscuit & jam.
