Smashed avo, shallots, chive oil, lemon, radish and the most amazing sprouted rye that I’ve tasted!

I love this stuff! The Abbey recently launched a $12 lunch menu and I’m excited about the new menu items. I’ll be working through the options!

Really a very delicious version of a somewhat standard dining item.
