You can taste the freshness. The shell was large but, the meat was small.

I didn't know there was so many different types. They were really good.

Appeared to be dry and as if water was added in an attempt to moisen them up. Not as bad as other places that claim to have fresh oysters but, maybe this been sitting around a while.
