This is a mix of emotions for me. I love their sauces, tortillas, rice, and salad BUT, the sweet pork in it drives me nuts. Do not put sweet pork in an enchilada! This enchiladas have the potential to be the greatest green Chile pork dish in the valley. Just replace the sweet pork with regular pork.

I actually had a 3 item combo, chicken enchilada, chile relleno, and beef taco. Personally, I enjoyed my plate, minus the beans.
