1st SMOKED BEETS, ALMOND, GOLDEN SPINACH

OMG! My best vegetable-based dish so far this year. The cleanest, most refreshing plate. The beets were great, but the dressed golden spinach leaves were out of this world. Outstanding. I have never had meju as an ingredient in a dish - for me, meju has always been an ingredient in making another food ingredient -dwaenjang miso paste. Adding it here - WOW. Sooo much umami. Incredible!
3rd CAULIFLOWER SHAWARMA

Certainly the best hunk of cauliflower Iā€™ve ever, ever, ever consumed, hands down. A serious explosion of flavours. Tahini, pomegranate seeds, pine nuts, chilli, oil, coriander, aioli... and great spices and smokiness. Youā€™ll never miss meat if youā€™re eating this. Always the first dish to disappear from the table!

STOP THE PRESS. This is amongst the best broccoli preps I've ever had!! The anchovy butter is not fishy at all - you wouldn't even know it was anchovy - it's just umami packed salty moreishness. Soooooooo friggin good!

As a true omnivore (Eatibus anythingus), I love it when a vegetable tastes so amazing you want to scream... and makes you think you could maaaybe manage becoming a straight up vegetarian. Thatā€™s how you know itā€™s truly amazing. This is one of those dishes... the smokiness of the curried lentils is reminiscent of meat, while the perfectly charred cabbage underneath just hits you right in the feels. My mouth... watering now! šŸ˜­ (tears of joy!) #vegetarian
