Amazingly tender fish, similar to rock in flavour and texture but a teeny bit lighter. Unfortunately this is an off-piste item, compliments of the Chef - hopefully he will put it on the menu one day!

SLAMMIN prawn tempura. You eat the whole thing, shell, head and all... The shell is so thin, it is hardly noticeable but adds a slight, interesting crispness. This was amazing. Had 12 of them. 😂🍤

Perfect. Crisp and crunchy outside, super soft and smooth on the inside. Lovely sweet miso sauce on top.

Really quite good. Not amazing, but solid. No complaints!
