Beautiful noodles with seemingly never-ending chicken, prawns, and squid. Definitely no skimping out here. Not greasy at all... Just amazing.

This is not a traditional beef hofun. However, it IS incredibly delicious... I'm still thinking about it the day after. Super al dente noodles. Lots of veg and big chunks of beef!

Delicious. Light, simple, great seasoning. Not earth shattering, but really lovely!
