Incredible flavour... made from pork bones and dried sole, with fish maw, minced pork, pork slices, egg, and stewed mushroom slices. Daaayum!!!!

Truly excellent. Every spoonful loaded with lobster meat.

This is essentially pasta water. In Korea, it is tradition to serve some of the water that naeng-myun noodles are served in, as kind of a warming tea. Sound weird? It's delicious. Because of the low wheat content, it's not as starchy as normal pasta water. Really lovely here.

Surprisingly good... pleasantly surprised!!

Disappointing. This is neither hot, nor sour. You can tell the ingredients are of high quality, and there is no MSG, but this doesn't cross the line for me.
