There is a reason why this sauce is famous - it juat tastes SO unique. Not really an aioli... It is much much lighter than a proper mayo based sauce. It's more like a... garlic creme? Really light, SUPER tangy, and packing the illest garlic BOOM. Will you probably smell like you made out with a bunch of garlic cloves afterwards? Um, yes?! I'm not joking. This place has large, perfectly naturally CUBED grains of salt served with its meats as an accompaniment. So, yeah, I'm a lover of the world's different salts... I like a bit of pink, I like it a bit dirty, you name it - I dig it. 😂😂😂 I have never had salt with better mouthfeel than this one. BOOM. SALT!!
