These prawns are soooo delicious... I also ate the entire head and shell. Couldn't resist - it was that good. The sauce is similar to what you might find on singaporean chilli crab, even though this dish is taiwanese in nature. Inspiring dish!!

Amazing. But not enough prawns! :) only for you szechuan peppercorn lovers...

I know it may not look appetising... But if you love raw prawn sushi, you will LOVE this. Have had better but it certainly was well prepared here.
