Incredible udon. The broth tastes like it is a thousand layers deep... So much flavour, and from so many angles. The noodles themselves are soooo springy and chewy. This may be the best udon you'll ever taste, regardless of country. Wow. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

This is a pure, uniquely seasoned beef soup noodle... Hand pulled noodles. Clear tasting broth. Amazing.

The hand pulled noodles are amazing... The broth is also stellar. The chicken is a bit meh, but let's be honest - you don't eat these noodles for the chicken! 😄😄😄
