Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside... Perfect consistency and taste. Still on of my faves and certainly the best pancake of all the naengmyun joints.

Excellent example. Same style as Eul-mil-dae, delicious but juuuuust a bit less perfect than theirs. Still, a seriously delicious Nokdoo-jeon (mung bean pancake). Yummy!

Just... So amazing. Sliced meat inside a mini egg omelette/pancake, if you will. A specialty of this famous old restaurant.

Excellent, crispy and not greasy example.

Run-of-the-mill. A bit thin, not much kimchi inside... But not greasy at all. Nothing to write home about, but not bad at all.
