This kimchi was AWESOME... tastes just like “home”!!!!

Good kimchi... Although a bit strongly seasoned for my personal taste. Half-way fermented.

Again - surprisingly good food from this restaurant! So much improvement over the years. This is a near 70% perfect example of a heavier fermented style kimchi. 100% is my mother’s. Therefore, 70% is quite high! 😂😂😂

One the better restaurant kimchis I've had in London. Proper fermented but still bright tasting.

Not bad... would certainly eat again. I this is actually made in-house. Decent quality for a little restaurant. Then again, I could eat kimchi with anything!
