1st CHICKEN JAP CHAE
Jinjuu Soho, LondonIt’s so weird for me to eat japchae without rice - it’s just not really done in Korea... this one is decent, I’ve had better (mother’s 😆) but I have also certainly had worse. The chicken inside was really nice, but again, this isn’t really a common ingredient in japchae, either.
This japchae is of the straight-up, slippery smooth glass noodle kind, whereas I prefer them a bit drier and rougher. And springier. 👦🏻
This is probably one of the best japchaes in London, though... go for it, you won’t regret it!
