OMG OMG OMG!!! Look at this massssssssive chicken breast, butterflied and fried to a crispy golden piece of heaven. There is a very thin layer of glutinous rice underneath the crunchy breading. You can sprinkle a choice of seasonings on top - I chose salt, pepper, and seaweed. The size is difficult to fathom from the pic without reference, but imagine that each of those pieces is the size of... a DVD case? Yep. ALL THAT CHICKEN!!! 🤪🐔

OMG! Mother Clucker, the Food Truck, has finally opened a bricks and mortar place at the foodie’s heaven of Exmouth Market! These particular strippers are not naked... 😂😂😂 Instead, they’re brined in tea, dredged in buttermilk and coated twice with a special flour and spice mix for that proper, New Orleans-style southern fry... and they are BANGIN! Going back for more today! 🤪🤪🤪

This was interesting - delicious, but WAY VINEGARY. This dish would normally not be vinegary - it was in fact yummy and unique - but hard to call amazing for this very reason.

This is THE famous chicken gang-jung (fried chicken covered in sweet/spicy sauce)... People queue for this - I don't really know why - I've had much better elsewhere. Not bad. Just not worth selling your children for! 😂
