An off-piste, non-beef entry from what I still believe is the hands-down, undisputed, best burger joint in the UK. The care put into every single thing coming out of the kitchen here is immense. These are plump, briny, fresh oysters, tempura battered and deep fried to perfection... then allowed to become friends-with-benefits with a tasty Asian-style slaw, and both anointed with a decadent soy sauce infused mayo. A symphony of molluscular perfection. 😍😍😍

Beef stew, grilled up until warm and slightly crispy on the outside, and SMOTHERED in a double portion of raclette cheese... OMG!! All in a lovely brioche bun, with some salad for colour, because you know a bit of salad has no measurable impact on the texture and healthiness of this thing!!
