This is a very simple dish, that is very difficult to do properly. Might look a bit weird, but tastes sublime. Boiled/steamed beef, seasoned delicately. So soft, it melts in your mouth. Lovely.

Fresh, tender, hits the spot. Not a masterpiece, but is it supposed to be? It's delicious.

Well, this was a perfectly decent piece of beef... but nothing to write home about. Wish it had more ooomph, like everything else I tried at this place had. Oddly, the beef was a bit bland. Still decent, though.
